Chef Wang Linhua, hailing from the Henan Province, has a culinary heritage deeply ingrained in his upbringing. Surrounded by the culinary ambiance of his family, with both his father and brother as seasoned chefs, Chef Wang Linhua immersed himself in the art of cooking from a young age. Specializing in crafting delectable cold dishes and creating flavors that delight the palate, Chef Wang Linhua honed his skills through hands-on learning. With 16 years of experience, his culinary journey has taken him across the globe, leaving an everlasting mark on kitchens in Oman, The Maldives, and the United Arab Emirates.
Demonstrating an unwavering dedication to excellence, Chef Wang Linhua has undergone comprehensive training in Cantonese, Authentic Szechuan, and Hunan-style culinary arts and has achieved numerous milestones, including a certificate of Advanced Chinese Cuisine in China in 2022. With a distinguished career across establishments such as the Fairmont Palm Jumeirah Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Al Bustan Palace in Oman, and the prestigious Michelin-Starred restaurant HUTONG in Dubai, where he successfully led a sizable team, Chef Wang Linhua now brings his exceptional talent and mastery to HONG Restaurant.
In his role as Head Chef, Chef Wang Linhua leads a team of 24 individuals, and specializes in Guangdong cuisine. His expertise extends beyond the kitchen, encompassing continuous research into new and innovative dishes, comprehensive training and development programs for staff, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining impeccable food hygiene standards.
