Zafran at Turki Square, The View Mall and Nakheel Mall is serving up a flavourful and wholesome Iftar buffet designed to make you feel at home this Ramadan. From the cozy and inviting ambiance to the exemplary service and authentic flavours, the award-winning restaurant has got it just right once again.
Priced at SAR 129 per adult (SAR 75 per child), Zafran’s Iftar buffet is designed to satisfy and nourish but not overwhelm. Guests can break their fast with fruits and dates available on each table followed by a signature Ramadan-drink. A selection of fresh salads such as Tabbouleh, Fattoush, Nicoise Salad and Rocca with Pine Nuts will be served up daily along with a light soup option such as Lentil, Cream of Vegetable, Tomato and Coriander and Chicken and Mushroom.
Diners can then look forward to continuing their meal with succulent kebabs and savoury starters as well as Zafran’s signature main courses and accompaniments including perennial favourites like Butter Chicken, Bhuna Gosht, Dal Zafran, Chicken Biryani, Methi Malai Jhinge and Paneer Butter Masala. Assorted breads, papads, condiments and rice will also be served up.
The sweet corner of the buffet includes Indian desserts such as Gulab jamun, Rasmalai, Rice Kheer and assorted Indian mithai.
Zafran outlet in Levels Mall will be serving up a specially crafted Ramadan set menu with both Non-Vegetarian and Vegetarian preferences for just SAR 109. Embrace the essence of this sacred time with a delectable array of dishes that showcase the richness of traditional flavours.
From a heartwarming lentil soup to fresh salads, a succulent kebab platter (non-veg or veg) and the choice of a signature main course including Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka Masala, Awadhi Gosht, Chicken Biryani or Chicken Tikka Masala, the set menu is both flavourful and wholesome. Gulab Jamun for dessert and Naan bread are also included.
The Ramadan iftar buffet will be available throughout the Holy Month at Zafran in Turki Square, Nakheel Mall and The View Mall from Iftar until 8:30 pm. The set menu at Levels Mall is being served from Iftar to 8 pm.
