KIA AlJaber “KIA Motors” keenness on their society responsibility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in preparing and increasing the Saudi youth in the labor market by participating in supporting Safeer Initiative of INJAZ-Saudi Arabia which they are a member in “Junior Achievement WorldWide”. And it is () national training level on the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor which the student will be taken two semesters in advance, also there will be a great training programs which it will be held in summer vacations in order to train the district in the private sectors in coordination with the Ministry of Labor and the CEO’s Managers in the supporting companies on the level of Ministry of Education guidance.
The target of this program is increasing the students awareness and prepare them with leader skills and open their minds with new ideas to help them to choose their career and also, raising the awareness in finance work, and development their skills in the Labor market.
Also KIA AlJaber to participated in the initiative to volunteer institutional because of their big help on the company and the employee which is an opportunity for the company to embrace the concept of volunteerism in community service and youth as a culture internal within the company and among its employees, the studies and research confirms that there is a strong relationship between engagement companies in the development and social service and between increasing profits and customer loyalty. Accordingly, the company has developed several strategies in social and charitable work to fit with its mission and core values as they contribute to raise the loyalty of the staff, which positively affects on the work-environment and the rate of continuing employees in the company is that they have impact on the continuation of customer participation indirectly in community service and development
And also, charity work inside the company has a huge effect in behaving and increasing employee’s impact and increasing the skills and team work.
From this point, KIA AlJaber “KIA Motors” participated in supporting the initiative as one of the pioneer in the private sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in preparing the Saudi youth to the Labor market next to other initiative such as, offering summer jobs opportunities for students to be awareness what Labor market is.
